Everyone is different and we all have different needs, what works for one person might not work for another. As an integrative counsellor, I can choose the right approach for you.
I offer face to face, telephone, WhatsApp, video call and walking/running talking therapy.

This initial consultation can either be via telephone or video call
Single Session
£50
A 50-60 minute session via telephone, Whats App, Zoom or face-to-face.
Block Booking
£280
Six 50-60 minute sessions. These can be booked/used to suit you, whenever you please.
