Wellbeing is about how we feel and how we cope with everyday difficulties. We do not have to feel happy all the time to have positive wellbeing.
However, if you are finding it difficult to cope with everyday life, this is where it might be helpful to work with myself to figure out the cause of feeling the way you do.
Sometimes it can be difficult to know what might help you, I can offer support with the following; low-mood/depression, anxiety, OCD, panic, phobia, sleep problems, self-harm, eating disorders, weight issues and low self-esteem.
